Heathfield (Horsham) Ltd is run by a Charitable Trust formed In 1953 to provide care for adults aged 65 or more. The home is operated on a 'not for profit" basis, allowing us to keep charges competitive. Any surplus is used to maintain and improve the environment for our residents.
Heathfield (Horsham) Ltd are happy to be able to provide short-term respite stays for those needing a short break or just wishing to experience a home before making a long term commitment.
One of our strengths is the continuity of our excellent staff, many of whom have been with us for a number of years. Staff are highly experienced, attentive, dedicated and cheerful. All of the staff are trained, many to NVQ standard.
Visitors may take meals with residents for a small charge
Regular entertainment, daily activities inclduing crafts, painting, flower arranging and knitting Outings to local garden centres and pub lunches
Visiting services such as chiropody and hairdressing are available
Day or night, our staff are always on duty and on site
Daily Newspaper delivery arranged through the local newsagent
Some with en suite shower and/or toilet
In all resident's rooms, bathrooms and WCs. Residents have their own pendants
Telephone and TV points in all rooms. Free WIFI available to all.
Passenger and wheelchair lift, with stair lifts on some stairs
Including assisted baths on both floors and wet room to ground floor
In House laundry, ironing with button system to identify Residents clothes
